“And We have certainly made the Quran easy for remembrance, so is there any who will remember?” (Surah Al-Qamar: verse 17)

While we may always desire to memorize the Quran, we may fall short to it because of our hectic lifestyle. Also, we may think of it as a difficult and time consuming task. But Allah SWT has mentioned in the holy Quran that it is easy for remembrance. Keeping this verse in mind, we should make a strong intention to start our journey to become Hafiz.

  • Always set a realistic goal to memorize the Quran

You will need a lot of consistency to become a Hafiz. Always set realistic goals that can be achievable. Divide your time to revisions as well. You can set goals for small durations. For example: weekly goals. You can dedicate a small amount of time during your exams. And at the time of holidays, dedicate more time. Keep the goal short, flexible, and achievable.
